Installing NT

I have a laptop with Windows XP and Microsoft .NET 3.0 preinstalled.
I now I need Microsoft .NET version 2 to install NT, but when I try to do that, it refuses to do so, saying there is already a more recent version installed.
Should I delete version 3 to install version 2?

Thank you for your post.

Please try the install of NinjaTrader as we should now be compatible with .NET 3.0.
