    Expensive Corruption

    I am experiencing problems with nt & zen-fire resulting in errors loading charts, simulation orders going to a live account, workspaces opening with different errors on subsequent attempts, etc. etc.

    Everything worked fine for me until last Friday morning when entering an ES order at precisely the moment my network provider experienced a grid interruption/outage.

    I cannot get any 'live support' and wait hours for a support desk email response. Can someone here please help me with this?
