what the difference between global cross hair and cross hair?

another thing is the timeframe "Range" what does it mean? I press F1 but can't find the topic

The Global Cross hair will link the cross hair across charts, so you can scroll many charts and the time / price position will be synchronized.

Range bars exclude the time component from the bars, a new bar will only be formed if a certain range is exceeded...this is good for indicator based trading as it tends to filter out noise created by sideways movement.

Sure, this is the Interval setting in the Format Data Series box when you choose 'Range' as bars display. For example, if you enter 4 this is a full point for the ES - each bar will have a 1 point range from high to low.
