    Clearing all historical data

    Hi,

I've recently migrated over to Barchart. And was somewhat surprised (although I think I saw it hinted at in a forum post) that the 30-minute bar data I was working with changed quite a bit (~1%-3% in a few cases).

Not a big deal, I can understand why it's happening. But now I'd like to make sure I re-run all of my backtesting cases with Barchart-only data, so I don't get confused while optimizing in the future.

I see how to clear data symbol by symbol ... but is there a single button I can hit to clear *all* historical data, and force a download? I believe even "clear DB" doesn't handle that.. or am I wrong?

There is no one-stop button. Clear DB does not remove historical data.

My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\db\NinjaTrader.mdb -> Remove this to get a completely new database. You will lose everything. Not data only, but everything. Instrument lists, account performance, etc.
