Tick chart and dome isnt working

Hello there, since the rollover day i cant seem to get my tick chart and dome to work at all, i dont know whether the server is just down. It connects to TT fine but the data just doesnt move and theres nothing in the dome.
any feedback would be much aprreciated

Can you please tell me what instrument is selected in the SuperDOM and the expiry month that is used for the instrument.

Please check the Log-tab for any error messages and let me know what they state.

superDOM will not work with YM

Similar problem to Lisalicious, no info in superDOM and charts do not update. If I convert to ES, everything works okay. Tried removing and re-installing YM and (soon to change) exchange source.

Incidentally, the new CMEGROUP exchange is up & running so why not available? Last date is 01-09-09.

Will really appreciate help to get operational as I trade YM every day.

Hello plungee,

Please tell me what data feed provider you are connected to when you do not receive data for the YM 03-09.

Go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and remove the YM from your instrument list. Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments. Add the YM 03-09 to your instrument list and check if you receive data.
