charting issues

Many charts are corrupted by a false tick on 20^th January (Sunday).

I tried two things that did not work:

1. Go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
2. Deleted "cache" folder that is within the "db" folder and deleted minute, tick, and day folders

What can I do?

Thank you for reaching out.

We have been informed of "bad data" on multiple instruments if using the default 24x7 template.

Please Right click on your chart -> Data Series -> Time frame -> Trading Hours -> and please try selecting an ETH template, like the CME US Index Futures ETH.

After applying, go back to your chart and Right Click -> Reload all historical data

Please let me know the results of this test.

Thank you for your message.

Selecting an ETH template, like the CME US Index Futures ETH, would be a solution in the meantime, while we work on resolving this issue.

I apologize for any incovenience this may cause.
