charting issues

Hello,
Nearly all my charts are corrupted by a false tick on 20^th January (Sunday). Is there a quick solution? I started Ninja already several times but corrupted charts did not disappear.

I had the same issue.
This is how I fixed it:

Shut down NT7

• navigate to the following folder
• Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db folder
• Delete the "cache" folder that is within the "db" folder
• Then delete the minute, tick, and day folders
• Restart the app and give it time to load

oh, sorry. It works only for US-Indices. In many charts of Currencies-, Grains-Indices and others there is still the wrong tick...
