Strategy Parameters empty

Hi
In order to debug mysql issues I copied the defaul "SampleMACrossOver" Strategy and name it "SampleMACrossOver2" and added a few statements for mySQL.
When I want to execute the strategy, then the parameter window in the backtest is empty. why this? When i switch to another strategy, then I see the parameters and can enter them.
Enclosed you find also the export of the strategy

I found the reason: Since a DLL library called in initialize is not found, it does not start
