could not find file

i have a .dll file and i put it in the proper location bin\custom\strategy. when i click edit ninjascript\strategy. i see the file but when i click it, the error message appears. see attached image

A strategy wouldn't usually consist of only a .dll file, which might be contributing to the problem here. It would either have both a .cs file and a .dll file or just a .cs file. If this is something that you acquired from a third party, I would suggest contacting that third party for assistance with their script.
