How do you get the order voice confirmation off?

I searched through the help files but could not figure out how to get the voice confirmation off for the orders.

The voice that says "Order filled" "Order cancelled" etc.

I would like to turn this off, or at least lower the volume.

Hello Mike,

Please go to Tools-->Options-->General-tab and you can uncheck the sounds you like to disable.

Unfortunately the NinjaTrader software does not have a volume control.

NT8, how to turn off voice on orders? When I go to Options, Tools, General Tab, Sound - Announcement takes me to the file folder and does not allow me to uncheck sound, etc.

Thanks you. I was concerned if I clicked the "x" that normally means a delete, and I would want to permanently delete that function. I will click the x.

Unfortunately there is no option to disable them all at once. You would have to disable the sounds one by one.

I see. Does it at least gets saved in a workspace, so I can have one with sounds and one without sounds?
Maybe a new feature request?

You should have a volume control program in windows. NT should show up after the first sound. Look in your tray.
