cannot connect to ameritrade

I am using ninjatrader with ameritrade under simulation license. I don't need to execute any order, just pull data from ameritrade. The software connected to ameritrade account correctly yesterday after I set up the ameritrade account. However, since this morning it started to give me
"error:POSBAL we are unable to process your request"
error and showed "Connecting - TD AMERITRADE" message in the lower left order forever. No data gets pulled. I think this might be error for position balance information, which I don't need at all. Please tell me how to bypass this error.

This is an error message coming natively from TDA. Please contact TDA for clarification.

I found the version I have is 1000.7 and your new version is 1000.8. After uninstalling the old version and installing the new version, the problem is fixed.

Just FYI, I am still using 0.7, along with TDA, and I have not seen this problem. (I do see that error message when I come back to a system that had an interrupted connection, however.)
