Platform does not load historical data

There is no Historical Data, 6E and E7 Symbol - only data in real time. Can you please urgently check ?

Thank you very much for your post.

While the underlying issue has been resolved, some of our servers are currently missing a few hours of historical data. This data will be backfilled in the early morning hours.

Please restart NinjaTrader, as it will then connect to a random historical data server. As most servers are not affected, you should then be able to reload the chart.

Please don't hesitate to let me know, should you still encounter any issues!
