How to place an indicator over the price bars

Hi,

I have selected the stochastics indicator and would like to view it on top of the price bars.

For some reason i cannot do this. I can only place it in a panel below, eg panel 2 or panel 3. When I selct panel 1 the price bars dissapear.

It seems that other indicators such as "Mama" can be viewed on top of price.

Please Help.

Hi selwynst,

Unfortunately this is not supported by default; the Stochastics indicator uses different Y-axis values than the market, which could compress the price bars in your chart.

However, NinjaTrader_Josh created a Stochastics indicator (Stochastics Overlay) that can be overlayed on the price bars. Please see the link below.
