Failed to verify license

    Failed to verify license

    When trying to start Ninja Trader the error message "failed to verify license" appears.

    I have been a customer for a year plus and recently have been not trading. My account does not show up on the control panel. I have tried a few times with one success but mostly I can't get the license to verify.

    I have made no changes to my computer, firewall nor has my machine crashed.

    Are you able to check into my status?

    Please send in a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com so that we can discuss your account. Also provide the license key you are using under Help --> License key and you first and last name so we can look you up.
