TWS incorrect info sometimes

Since I installed v7 I have developed a strange thing.
if I connect directly using file-connect it sometimes puts the password as the username and consequently fails to connect.
never had it before. I can get round it but thought I would pass it on in case others report the same issue.

Thank you for your post.

Can you please try the following:

1.) Remove your IB connection in Tools --> Account connections
2.) Repair your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB
3.) Recreate the IB connection

Let me know if the issue persists.

Ok seems fine today after repair.- I will see if the problem persists over the next few days.
