KINETICK daily data issue

SET 11 price data is wrong. this is NQ 09-23

Thank you for the post.

Please send this screenshot, a screenshot of your Data Series and a copy of your log and trace files to support[AT]kinetick.com so we may further investigate.

Please be advised that the NQ has since rolled over to the 12-23 contract as well.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
