ninja won't start up

    ninja won't start up

    i tried to open ninja trader and got this error: Unhandled exception: value cannot be null. and then it stopped loading. i tried it several times with the same problem.
    i went to the ninja forum and found someone with a similar problem and he was advised the remove and reload ninja trader. i did this and now when i try to start ninja
    nothing loads at all. i remove it again and reloaded it and had and am still having the same problem. for a few seconds the blue circle comes on but then nothing. how
    do i fix this?

    Hello Phil,

    Can you please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email. Send the email to "platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com" and put 'Att Jason, 04029735' in the subject field.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in your email
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
