INSTRUMENT PROBLEMS - ZB x USA , ZN x TYA

Hi, I have a problem with Instruments. I have positions in ZB, ZN, ZF, but ZB and ZN show me wrong, I don't know where the problem is. Resetting the instrument list did not help. Don't know how to solve it?

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
