Account Balances w/ Zen-Fire

I read under Ray's "Brokerage Account Balances" sticky post that NT/Zen-Fire should show live Cash Value and Realized PnL. Under my Control Center Accounts tab in NT it shows a sim account and my "Brokerage" account. However, Cash Value and PnL for my brokerage account are both blank. Do I have to place a live trade before these fill or do I have a problem that I need to contact my broker about? Thanks.

As per Ray's post CashValue and RealizedPnL on Zen are reported natively. Thus, NT only displays what Zen submits. If you don't see anything, then Zen did not send anything. I suggest contacting your broker to clarify.

If you are using an IB for Dorman, the answer is no, you will not see your account balance in the PNL portion of the accounts tab until you place a live trade during the session. It will remain blank on days you either do not place a trade or trade SIM only.
