Remove gridlines in panels 2

Hello,
Is it possible to not show any horizontal gridlines in panel 2.
I would like Panel 1 to have the horizontal gridlines but dont want any horizontal gridlines in panel 2.

Example - If I want to show a simple crossover of two ma's and plot them in panel 2...it shows the horizontal gridlines. I dont want to see any horizontal gridlines in that panel. Just clear blank space (no gridlines).

If I go into Chart Properties and change "Plot horizontal grid lines" to False...it will remove all the horizontal gridlines on the chart...no matter what panel thay are in.

Is it possible to have horizontal gridlines in one panel and not another?
