Unable to Login to Zen-Fire

    Thanks for reportind Dedede.

    I am not sure why you cannot connect, I have tested Zen and it connects fine.

    Try restarting your PC and disabling any protection software you have.

      Im getting the same problem today on two different computers - "log in failed check account parameters and internet connections."

      Im running Vista on one and XP on the other.

        I am only having the problem with zen-fire, my other connections, e.g. Gain, MBTrading connect fine.

          Recreate your Zen-Fire connection and ensure the username and password are entered correctly. Type them manually instead oof copy and paste the information.

          Check if the error persists. If so, please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, pop up blockers and anti-virus software, that could be blocking NinjaTrader to connect with Zen-Fire.

          In some cases the router is the cause. Please connect your PC directly to your modem, bypassing the router and check if this will make a difference.

            I am having the same trouble.. I deleted the connection from connection manager and MANUALLY entered userid and pw, but still can't connect.
            Perhaps ZenFire is having issues... It would be nice if NT had a Test connection button...

              Are you using the Zen-Fire demo connection from www.zen-fire.com?

                Yes, I use zen-fire demo account from zen-fire.com. Does zen-fire demo account from other brokers, such as Amp Trading or Mirus, expire as well?

                  Yes, these are usually 30 day demos.

                    Ok, got a demo account with Mirus, and it worked.
                    I'll see if it expires or not.
