Data from Barchart

I signed for E-minis on CME through Barchart
I'm getting cotations with 1 min interval.
The green bar that says "connected" turns red and green again every min.

Is this normal through Barchart?

I had the trial of Zen-Fire and the interval where like seconds.

I'm also having values in $tick like 10000.
How can i solve it?

I just tested the stock CME using our test BarChart account and incoming ticks are coming in fine. If you are still not getting good data I suggest sending your account connection information to Help>Mail to Support and reference this thread address for our reference and someone will test it for you.

Regarding the TICK, BarChart uses 10,000 as their zero line. You cannot change this by default. If you would like to change this, please contact BarChart and mention your desire.

So, if tick reading is 9200, i could say it is -800?

Quotes on $tick is doing well, but on YM an ES is has an 1 min interval.
