Hi there,

I use real time version connection with eSignal (real time data) and Pats

broker...

Now, with Esignal I have no problem, but.. this is what happen:

I normally "disconnect Patsystems"...and eSignal and then I close the

application... and when I'd like to re-connect with Pats I get this kind of

error: see attach. (so at this point I have to call my broker and ask to

"reset" my connection..).

Is this normal? Is this Pats server problem? or Ninja problem?

Try restarting NT after you disconnect from Patsystems, then reconnect.

yes of course. This happen when I restart the application ex-novo (later in the day... or after 1 or 2 Hours...) and then when I want to connect with Pats I get this kind of error...

Hello,

What is ex-novo? Please retest NT without this open on your computer.

If it still does not work send me your account connnection info via Help>Mail to Support and provide:
1) exact steps to reproduce it
2) address to this thread for our reference

...and I will test this for your.
