I am currently using Interactive Brokers, but it does not support historical tick data which I need with Ninja. What is the cheapest alternative data provider I can use? All I need data for is ES, nothing else...

I understand that NinjaTrader support staff may not be able to answer this, but can anyone?

Zen-Fire does support historical tick data. Check out MirusFutures.

Zenfire provides hitorical data, but they do it in worst way ever.
Zenfire is very good for real time data, but if you want historical - I can only compare Zenfire with providers which provides no historical data

You can get historic data from Opentick for free. Since I'm still in the testing stage, I also use their free 20 minute delayed feed to simulate live feed. This also is free.

I have never been able to subscribe, are they closed?

OpenTick is a supported data feed and works with NinjaTrader.

They are not closed. As far as I know they do not accept new subscriptions. I am not sure when they will acccept new subscriptions again. I suggest to contact them regarding this.
