Static DOM Credits

Everytime I purchase new Static DOM credits Ninja Trader doesn't recognize it.

I go to help>NT Account and the newly purchased credits don't show. I press the report button then it does show.... but it doesn't matter since when I try to place an order it says I have insufficient credit on my NT account...

Anyone know how to get Ninja Trader to recognize credits??

Yes... I even restarted my pc and no luck.

I have never not had this problem!!! If I reload my account a day before the credits run out I never have a problem... but I still don't understand why it won't let me trade even when it sees the credits when I hit the "report" button.

Ok... restarted it again and it works. It looks like it takes about 30 minutes from the time you purchase the credits that you can trade with them. Is that correct?
