Cannot get LII on NYSE stocks

Hi,

I am using NT 6.5.1000.7 and TWS 887.2

I have subscription to Arca and see the LII in the TWS for NYSE stocks but the LII window in Ninja is empty. I can see the LII for Nasdaq totalview without any issues. what am I doing wrong? I am attaching a snapshot.

Only one level of data is available in NT using stocks.

Ok Now I am a bit confused. is this an IB availibility issue? You have a LII window and I see the LII in nasdaq stocks using IB. The issue I am having is with NYSE stocks. Also I see everything using Esignal.

The exchange you are using is NYSE right?
