X_Trader charts refreshed...NT don't

Hi...I opened an account with Velocity futures. I started out with the X_Trader platform. If I shut down my PC for a couple of hours, then got back online and started X_trader, my intraday charts would automatically refresh and I'd have all data that I missed while offline.

I'm trying out NT, and in the same scenerio I have a gap on the chart where I was offline for 2 hours. Is there a setting somewhere in NT that I need to check to get the data I missed while offline? Thanks

If you do not have a data feed provider who offers historical you will need to check the store real time data box and have a chart plotting the instrument. If the provider offers historical data then your chart should automatically backfill.

Store real time data

Go to tools --> options --> data --> store real time bar data.
