Error validating request

Hi,

These errors started popping up yesterday.

3/23/2023 11:32	Default	Error validating request.-'bX' : cause - The symbol or the local-symbol or the security id must be entered ServerValidateError
3/23/2023 11:33	Default	Error on loading chart data for '^VIX Cboe': IB: HMDS data farm connection is broken:ushmds.nj HDMSDataFarmConnectionBroken
3/23/2023 11:34	Default	HMDS data farm connection is broken:ushmds.nj HDMSDataFarmConnectionBroken
3/23/2023 11:37	Default	Error validating request.-'bX' : cause - The symbol or the local-symbol or the security id must be entered ServerValidateError

My data doesn't for VIX doesn't seem to be affected when connecting with IB. How do i resolve this?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default. You can place "03808579 ATTN SEV"
