unable to load server-side config file on both NT7 & NT8

    unable to load server-side config file on both NT7 & NT8

    I get quotes coming through my time sales window but no chart data, and when I try reloading historical data it just says loading...
    both logs say Unable to load server-side config file: An error occurred while parsing EntityName.

    please help

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We have been informed that the information servers were experiencing issues this morning.

    The issues have now been reported as resolved.

    Please restart NinjaTrader and try to reconnect.


    If you are still receiving that error after this:

    Please follow the steps below to send in your log and trace files with a support case so we may investigate this matter further:
    • You can do this by going to the Control Center > Help > Email Support and ensuring "Log and Trace files" is checked.
    • Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief description
    Please let me know if you have any other questions.​​

      Erick, Yes, I figured something like that seeing "server side" config file. Anyway, it did resolve soon after.
