    Chart is froze

    I was SIM chart trading today and everything was going fine until I decided to use the bottom scroll bar to look at past data on the chart while I was in a trade. That cause the chart to freeze. The bid/ask prices still update on the Chart Trader platform and in the control center but my charts aren't updating. I have done what has been suggested in here as well as restarting my computer but nothing helps.

    Hi,

    Have you tried repairing your database? If not,
    please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
    • Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    • Select the "Misc" tab
    • Press the "Repair DB" button
    • Press the "OK" button
    Also keep in mind that US markets are closed today because of Thanksgiving. You might want to try again tomorrow when markets are open.
