Using NYSE $Tick

When I try to open an NYSE $TICK chart, it's completely blank. Under 'Format Data Series' I select 'Index' for Type and for Name I select 'Tick'. My data provider is IQFeed. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry for the delayed response. I'm still having the same type of problem only now when I try to open the chart it reads as follows

: Error on loading chart data for '^TICK Nyse': !ERROR! Invalid symbol.

What version are you using? Can you check under Help--> About. You need to be on V6.5.1000.7

When you are try resetting your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc--> Reset Instruments.

Now see if you can plot the Index.

I had this problem, but I talked to my feed guys, DTN, if you open a new chart and put in the symbol TICK.Z , that works. Ba ba ba BOoyah! How could you ruin Booyah for me Cramer? You shameless pumper.
