    Run Ninja offline

    In the past I am sure I could run if not connected to the internet but now it will not run unless connected. Is there a way to get it to run when not connected? Thanks

    Thank you for using the NinjaTrader forums!


    While you are able to run the NinjaTrader program offline, you will not be able to load any live data charts or download any new historical data to do any playback testing.

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with.

      Luis, Thanks for the reply but I am getting an error when it tries to open when off line. Can you see the attached file? Thanks again, Drew

        Hello D5000,

        This is likely being caused by something entirely different.

        I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please use the following steps and send your files to support@ninjatrader[dot]com
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
