Odd Prices on charts

Hello Dave,

These prices are being sent by FB, and unfortunately we have no way to stop them from appearing, other than the ones I provided already.
I will attempt to contact them again regarding this issue.

They're in the chart and tick window. The filter doesn't seem to have worked for the example I give above.

They haven't really said, but since this is coming up for more than one customer of NT/FB, perhaps you could ask them? After all, you are talking to them to resolve this, right?

Also, are the "bad" ticks coming in in your chart, or is the tick-filter working correctly?

This is still happening - see the price below, 1.4774. I have the bad tick filter on, set to 0.5% That filter does block sometimes, but didn't block this one. As far as I can see this price is well over 1% diff. So, what am I missing?

Please let me know what they say since they are in the T&S window, that means they are sending it.

They're showing up every day. E.g. yesterday see below.

FB said they're certain the price was a spike on the chart, not a real price. I've asked them to confirm that they mean they didn't send that price.

I am getting these price spikes regularly when connected to FB. FB assure me that these are not real prices. Can you please assure me that NT and FB are working together on resolving this issue?

yes, i think so. My NT crashed and I had to reload anyway.

Try right clicking in your chart and selecting "Reload Historical Data."

Does the data correct itself?
