I ran a strategy on analyser for CL 1-09. Period 11/1/08 to today while NT is connected to IB. The results show 13000 profit in summary and bucnch of trades etc. The charts screen loads up the chart but shows no trades marked on it. But all other screens are blank, no data. Please explain.

You need to check your Control Center logs for errors. From all your posts you may just have a corrupted version of NinjaTrader. I suggest you get yourself a clean install of NT along with .NET.
1. Backup your NinjaScript, workspace, etc.
2. Uninstall NT
3. Uninstall .NET
4. Clear your internet browser cache (important)
5. Delete your My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5 folder (you will lose everything. NinjaScript, data, workspace, etc.)
6. Reinstall .NET 2.0
7. Reinstall NT
8. Test with SampleMACrossOverJosh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
