    Unable to Log Into NT8

    I have funded my brokerage account,got my Free License Key,I have renewed my pass at Client Portal and still cannot log into NT8 Continuum .Currently on day 5 trying to sort this disaster out.How do you confirm your platform User?,is it same as the Client Portal?

    I'd be happy to help you with this, but do need a bit more information before I can determine a resolution. I'd like to review your log and trace files. Since these contain personal data, I'd prefer that we continue working on this issue via email.

    Please follow the steps below to send in your log and trace files with a support case so I may investigate this matter further:
    • You can do this by going to the Control Center > Help > Email Support and ensuring "Log and Trace files" is checked.
    • Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Kennedy" note in the message along with a link to this forum post.

      I having a problem logging on is anyone else? Didn't get any kind of notice that the system was going to be down.

        Hello Egunthel,

        Thank you for your post!

        The CQG servers are currently down for maintenance, which is likely why you are unable to connect as I'm not able to connect either. It's quite common for the CQG servers to perform server maintenance Friday after market close.

        We do not have an estimated restoration time, but it will likely be later tonight or tomorrow, most definitely before market reopen on Sunday.

          My Problem Was in requesting What My user was ,came back under the heading Credentials ,in the end i sorted it.Nothing to do with Server down.
