We are in contact with Zen-Fire right now as we have had a few reports of customers receiving this error and not being able to connect. I will post an update as soon as one is available.

We have been in touch with Zen-Fire and it turns out that one of the ISP carriers in the New York area is down. Unfortunately there is nothing we or Zen-Fire can do at this time. We will have to wait until the carrier is back up again. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

me too i have the same error today...10004 i run a demo version
in the begin was 10001 and after try to connect again and agin i have now 10004

hi again IT is working

i was reading the previous posts that they recommended to reboot your machine . that i did it but didnot work.

IT is working after no just reboot but shut down my PC.
that works for me
