Can't Display Proshares data with IB

I'm getting ready to go live. I have and IB account and my Ninja connection with IB is OK. But when I enter a Proshares ticker, such as SSO, I don't see any historical data. My chart looks just like a Ninja simulated data feed -- starts out wherever price is currently and builds from there. What's interesting is that if I go to my IB workstation and pull up a chart for SSO, the same thing happens - no historical data, just a current price. I had assumed I could use the Ninja chart trader to trade Proshares through IB. What have I missed? Thanks. (and apologies if this thread is in the wrong forum)

Hello,

From the sounds of it, you do not have historical data in TWS. If you cannot get historical data with your data feed for an instrument NT will not have access to the historical to display.

I suggest contacting IB.
