Does the default value for "Net Change" reffers to prior day close to current price?

NetChange reflects the difference between Opening and LastPrice.

It appears in my version (6.5.1000.8) to be a computation of previous day's close and LastPrice. Is there a way to get it to compute NetChange from Open? Or if I have made another error - please let me know...

My apologies, I made a mistake. It should be as you state; NetChange is the difference between the LastClose and LastPrice.

Thanks for the info. Please forgive my basic question, as I am very new to Ninja Trader...

Is there a way to have the NetChange reflect the change from the current days open and not the last days close?

Unfortunately this is not supported.
