NT crashing after i compiled

i added a enum to my parameters and compiled, when i launched the strategy, the NT stoped responding. since then when i open NT, i get this error as seen in screenshot.
this is what is logged in my eventlog.

i also tried reinstalling NT, and i get the same issue whenever i try to open it.

The error indicates .NET is corrupted. Please follow the instructions below.

Uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel. You will save your settings.

Uninstall .NET as well via the Control Panel. Do not(1) reboot your PC while .NET is ununstalled, since this can cause issues we cannot assist you with.

Clear your browser cache.

Download and install .NET.

Download and install NT again.
