Real Time Data Not Updating

When I pull up charts, they pull up just fine, however real time data is not coming through.

I have Kinetick as a data provider. Kinetick was not working this morning, so I used the workaround with IQFeed's client to sign in with Kinetick. The connection is made successfully, but still not real time data.

I then, subscribed to market data with Ninjatrader so have a second source of data. It uploads historical data just fine, but once again, no real time data.

I have restarted NT8.

I have restarted my computer.

I do not know what else to further do to get real time data back.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I ended up uninstalling NT8 and deleting the folders, reinstalling it and now it works.

However, can't log into my Continuum account anymore. It states that I attempted to log in too many times.

Thank you for the post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
