V6 Beta - Chart Intervals

I just installed V6 Beta and tried a couple of charts for tick and volume intervals. For both of these intervals the current bar as of the connection is the only bar that paints in the chart. I tried with Ib and Zen connection with the same results. If I change the interval to 1 min it works fine. I tried this on emini futures ER2, ES, YM etc. Any thoughts? This is one of the main things I was looking for in V6 was volume bars.

Please connect to Zen only, then open a new chart, select tick, 100, 2 days back. You should get historical data. Ifyou were connected to IB first, then ZEN, you for sure would not get tick data since the historical data is coming from IB servers where we do not support historical tick data.

I tried it again. Rebooted the PC and started from scratch and only connected to Zen. No change for tick or volume intervals, still no data. 1 min works fine. ???

Can you please send some screenshots of the "screwed" up tick and volume chart to "dierk AT ninjatrader.com" and refer to this post.

Also: Please send a screenshot of Right click->Properties dialog as well.

Just for reference, when using eSignal for historical data no problem has been experienced while downloading and displaying tick, volume and minute bars for ER2 and ES or any other valid symbol I tried.

Problem solved. It was a license key issue for me. Outstanding support from Dierk resolving this issue.
