when Ninja loads it does not all the way it says calculatiing so i wait and wait and nothing then it sayas Ninja not responing and then I have to exit and it says that ..help is it an issue with windows 11? also i have it slimmed down only 5 days of data.. what is up with this ?

To assess exactly what causes this, we would have to take a closer look at your platform's log & trace files. If you have not yet contacted us via email or through the platform; Could you forward those files to us?
You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN 03413569" note in the message.
