Error when loading ^UVOL and ^VOL

Hi,
I'm having troubles when trying to import data in NT for ^UVOL, ^DVOL. Attached is the screenshot of the errors, any ideas?

Hi,

Can you repair your database, then try to import the historical data again.

To repair your database go to Tools--> Options--> Misc--> Repair DB.

If the same messages come up again, please check your data as it could be corrupted.

I did that already (a few times).

My database never had any problems before, but yesterday when I tried to load the data for ^DVOL I had this problem.

Can you please explain what is the error message: "exceed max price gap"?

Can you load ^UVOL data from esignal without any problems?

I tried to load ^UVOL without any data (I saved the mdb files somewhere else and then restarted NT), but I still get the same problem so it's unlikely that my db has a problem. Maybe esignal data?

Any ideas?

Can you send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and include your eSignal login credentials. Refer to this post and I will run some test on my end first thing tomorrow morning.

Hi Vincent,
I changed the TickSize from 0.01 to 10 as it's described on the following thread: http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ead.php?t=5009 and it solved my problem (I didn't try 1 as a ticksize, it might work).

Would be great if this problem could be fixed in NT.
