Hello, I’m currently having trouble logging in for the live trading. I keep getting this message- login failed: trader is not enabled to use Ninja Trader CQG trader. Contact your FCM.
Do I need assistance, or is there any other way of solving this problem? Thank you

To resolve this error, please click on Connections > Configure, select your live connection, and enable the "WebAPI (Beta)" checkbox.

Please let me know, should you still experience any issues after enabling this setting!

Sorry, it didn't work. It now just says- login failed.

Could you please send us your platform's log & trace files? I'd like to take a closer look at why this error occurs.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
