Continuum Connectivity issue

Hi,

Everything was working as usual until today. If I try to connect to Continuun server I receive next message:

LOGIN FAILED: UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE REMOTE SERVER.

I am using Ninjatrader 7.0.1000.42. I have restarted my PC and NT several times but it does not work. Kindly, what can I do to solve it?

Finally, I have sent an email to [email protected] but I didn't receive the auto-generated response. Can someone confirm you got my email, please?

Thank you for your port.



The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader, restarting your computer and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.



I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 7.

Please make sure tp update to the latest version of NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.43 (Help>About).

Before updating the platform, please export a backup file with your settings, by going to NinjaTrader 7>Control Center>File>Utilities>Backup File. Please follow this link for more details: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...p__restore.htm

Then update NinjaTrader 7 and reset your instruments:

• First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Under 'Prior Releases' select the version next to 'NinjaTrader 7' to begin your download.

Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
