Accessing SuperDOm

Trying to open a SuperDOm for ES I get: "you cannot use SD for a futures...try static...". Why is access blocked like this? I have a live licence from NT Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Your license is enabled for the Static SuperDOM. This means that you need to trade Futures in this DOM. The Dynamic DOM is disabled for this and only works for Stock and FX order entry.

I traded FESX this morning with dynamic DOM...& still have this in my workspace: can I continue to use it?

Is it the case that all licences only permit static DOM for futures, or are there different classes of licence?
