Futures went live but chart isnt updating.

Chart trader panel is updating the bid and ask on the side of the chart but the graphical chart itself isn't updating. It's still only showing the chart up until the last close. SuperDOM is working properly too.

I'm having an odd problem, my NT8 has been working fine till today. The market has been open for a half hour now and no candles have been printed on my chart. I've restarted my computer, logged in and our of both NT8 and Rithmic (which seems to be operating normally), cleared my cache, and still nothing. I've attached
