Zen + Barchart?

Hi.

I use Zen for my trading ES (no NYSE Indices) and want to add streaming Indices for reference within NT (DOW, NASDAQ etc).

I've opened a proper NT-type Barchart account and added it to my account connections list successfully, via the wizard.

Is it correct that I can have this Barchart connection as my backup connection and have NT automatically look to that for streaming Indexes such as ^DJIA and ^TICK? These are the feeds I've signed up for, but when I create a new chart and choose them as the instrument I get nothing.

I have been through the troubleshoot list you provided, but still nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

never mind. I worked it out.

I have to connect to BOTH feeds at once. I thought I just had to have the second as my backup feed...

My bad. OK.
