New Charts with Old Data are Blank!!!

I download 3 days of tick data from Opentick.

For the next three days I can open up new charts in NT.

After the third day, I can no longer open any new charts with the old data. All I get are blank charts.

I have to download new data to open any new charts.

I think this started when I downloaded 6.5.1000.7

Hello RJay,

On the third day, please check if you are running workspaces in the background (these will request data & resources as well) and close them. Please go to File-->Workspaces and close all workspaces listed below "Save Workspace As" except the Default workspace. Select the workspace and go to File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace.

I suspect the charts will not load, because NinjaTrader in total is requesting too much data/resources. Please see the following link for helpful tips to reduce the data/resource request and improve the performance of NinjaTrader.
