    no continuum data feed error

    hello im getting remote server error when trying to connect with continuum sim data feed.. help please (Ninjatrader 7)

    I have the same problem today mate. I saw a post from the end of 2021 where they point out that it was some changes that had been made to the CQG servers for demo accounts running on Ninjatraer 7, which they solved in a few days as it seems. But today the same mishap may be happening, since I have been doing some checks, such as trying to access through another PC (it also failed) and trying to enter through Ninjatrader 8, a platform that does manage to connect to the CQG data feed with my same credentials I used for Ninja 7. So the error would be localized to the CQG servers for Ninjatrader 7 demo accounts.
    So, to the administrators of the forum, please review these circumstances, and if what I explained above is correct, notify CQG so that they can resolve the issue, thank you.

    Tengo el mismo problema el día de hoy compañero. Vi un post de finales del 2021 en donde señalan que se trataba de unos cambios que se habían hecho en los servidores de CQG para las cuentas demo, lo cual solucionaron en algunos días según parece. Pero hoy quizá este sucediendo el mismo percance, ya que he estado haciendo una comprobaciones, como intentar acceder mediante otra PC (falló igualmente) e intentar ingresar mediante Ninjatrader 8, plataforma que sí logra conectarse a la data feed de CQG con mis mismas credenciales. Entonces el error se localizaría en los servidores de CQG para las cuentas demo de Ninjatrader 7.
    A los administradores del foro, por favor revisen estas circunstancias, y de ser acertado lo que expliqué lineas arriba, notifiquen a CQG para que resuelvan el tema, gracias.

      Hello shanni77,

      Are you currently attempting to connect to a NinjaTrader Continuum demo account that is over 14 days old? If so this error can occur if the demo account is expired which expired 14 days after the date you received the email containing your demo account login information.

      If this is a live account or the demo account is not over 14 days old first please reset your dns with the steps below.
      • Go to the Windows menu
      • Type CMD
      • Right click on Command Prompt->Run as administrator
      • Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit Enter
      • Once finished close this window
      • Open NinjaTrader
      If this does not resolve the errors please shut down your PC then reboot your modem, restart your PC and let me know if you can then test your connection again.

      If the issue persists the most common reason is that a firewall, antivirus or other protection software on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing a connection to the servers.

      Please close NinjaTrader then disable any firewalls, also anti-virus or other protection software you may have running and close all other applications you may have running on your PC at this time then test once again.

                  There may be a regional issue with demo connections using NinjaTrader 7 specifically. Can look further into this? I did all the CMD steps still no connection. this happened to me last year as well

                    Are you currently connected using a wireless connection, thru a router or directly to your modem? If you are not connected directly to your modem please shut down your PC, connect directly to your modem then test once again.

                    If the error persist do you have access to another Network such as a hotspot? If so can you close NinjaTrader->Connect your PC to the other Network then test once again.
